The staff in Ballycraigy have been learning all about “Take 5” and how we can all Take 5 steps towards helping our wellbeing. Here at Ballycraigy, with our strong nurturing ethos, we already do a lot for our wellbeing but we are excited to learn more about the Take 5 approach and how it can help our school community. On Tuesday we introduced these steps to our pupils in assembly. The pupils were able to tell us lots of the things we do already in school that are from the Take 5 approach.
