As part of our Oceans topic we have been learning about how our oceans can become polluted. Today we carried out an experiment to investigate the best way to clean up an oil spill. We even added feathers to show how oil can harm our wildlife. We learnt that dish soap will disperse the oil and that the oil can be sucked off the surface of the water if a syringe is held at the correct angle.
